  • Does this replace my dialer?

    No, CallBlitz will simply stream your dialer's audio to the platform.

  • What if I don't want reps distracting each other through live feedback?

    CallBlitz is meant to conform to your team's culture. Your manager console will allow you to customize default settings to your preferences, including features like stealth mode, video always on/off, and more.

    Stealth mode allows for teammates to listen in on calls without the caller knowing!

  • Do I need Zoom to use CallBlitz?

    No, you do not need a Zoom license to use CallBlitz, Zoom is simply where we hold the blitzes!
